A quota allocation worth claiming, and too small to use alone.
If your company services or sells air-conditioning, heat pumps, refrigeration or refrigerant gas, it can claim a quota allocation from the EU New Entrant Reserve for 2028, 2029 and 2030, by filing a declaration before 1 April 2027. That quota has real market value, but it cannot be sold or transferred, and one allocation alone is too small to use.
We pool your allocation with those of other participating companies into one viable import flow. It stays yours, in your name, at all times.
We handle the process from first check to final report.
- Check that you qualify before anything is signed.
- Prepare and file your declaration before the 1 April 2027 deadline.
- Arrange your portal registration, EORI, import licence and customs, and run the shared import. You never handle any gas.
- Prepare your annual reporting and arrange the independent verification, at our cost.
The legal responsibility is yours, by law.
You remain the legal holder of the quota and the importer of record. The legal obligations that come with holding quota are yours by law and cannot be transferred. We will not claim otherwise.
